just to let you know i used the clams today (but blanked, 30 mile per hour winds). im looking forward to using these in better / summer conditions. i mixed them with a little sanagi and they looked great (might use the krill powder next time). good news is that they stay on the hair well even though previously frozen. i cast the rig out 3 times and when i had to go (tree branch landed about 6ft away from me) i had to tear it off the hair.
