Chinese Deadbaits???
Well i went to the chinese supermarket to get some deadbaits (hopefully image attached):
top to bottom on image with 10cm scale:
Indian Mackerel 1kg 10 pieces £3.95
Redtails (scaled and gutted) 1kg 8 pieces £5.15 (look like roach / bream?)
Yellow Strip Trevally 1kg 26 pieces £3.35 (look like big minnows, great for wobbling for Pike and especially Zander?)
also bought for my Tench fishing next year:
Mussels 450g £2.05
Clams 500g £3.99
i'd love to know what anyone thinks about the look of these i will give them a go in the new year. there was also a load of other stuff to sift through including an the eel like but very bright silver belt fish. also squid for cod fishing which looked pretty cheap.
think this is it. image with 10cm scale
cheers

Re: Chinese Deadbaits???
I would be happy to use any of those as a bait, I bought some red mullet at Makro the other week, not caught on them yet but they will catch.
