Pike Teach-in day

Mark has asked me to put this on the forum, a good day for any of our new Pikers


Hi All

I have arranged a pike teach in day on the Selby three lakes day ticket lake on .
Roger Hind the owner has very kindly said that we can use the lake free of charge.
The teach in will start at 9am and finish at 4pm, The lake has only got 15 pegs so if there is anyone interested in attending and learning all about pike and pike fishing could you please let me know so I can put your name on the list.

There is a snack van in the car park which will be serving hot and cold sandwiches and drinks.

should be a good day, i think i am helping mark out on the dau. work pending, so there will be a ukff presence if any of you lads want to come along.

I will be on Chew but it will be worth a visit

Gary will certainly be interested in this...

Mind if I tag along with him and help out those nearby who are in need? (of basic assistance)

Cool, I'll get Gary on board, he's in a meeting at the moment but I'm expecting a call from him.

Can you put us on the list as 1+a helping hand please Woody and I'll oversee the pegs near where I'm at.

I'll take a bag full of sardines and make some more traces up to lend out to the guys learning.

Cracking little venue mate, some good fish in it aswell, the owner is a bit of a but he is harmless enough, he has it in his head that I use 3lb Perch livos

Thankfully the pics cropped they take some casting at that kind of size, usually unconscious on impact with the water

That's a bit smaller than the one's we were getting - I was expecting to have a trophy shot taken with mine then you strapped it onto trebles!

3 lakes should see one or two banked on the day we know there in there...

Was chatting with ed the other day about this so i will be attending. Looking forward to getting my hands wet and meeting some of you guys there.

Caught me a nice 14lb Pike aswell
