live bait ?? Empty live bait ??

hi all im about to start angling again after giving up a few years ago and pike are going to be on my list of must catch but i dont want to use live bait (dont want this post to be about weather its right or wrong to use live bait we all have our own opinions on that )my question is how much of a disadvantage will i be giving my self only using dead bait (if any).

using dead bait will not be that much of a dis-advantage and in the right condititons deads can out fish live baits

deads can be versatile and can be used popped up off the bottom to make them more visible to the predator

and used on a sink and draw method can be very good to

so don,t worry to much about not using lives

from what i gather your best with dead baits during the colder months but i only started piking around november but im sure kev woody or mark will be able to help you out on this mate

As above and if you look in the pred section there is enough hints and tips to see you right...
