Ady,

You will do fine mate!

You've got the background of catching specimen fish (I've seen the fish you've caught on other Forums) and you are always one to help members out with advice on catching Pike. These are the qualities that have put you in the lime light to do a talk on the subject.

I used to be a Union Rep' and spent many a time stood in front of Union members giving speeches. lol
What you need to do is decided on the subjects you want to cover and put them down in writing. Have the paper in front of you in what I call a 'crib' sheet. Something to look at with bullet points laid out, as its so easy to loose track when your stood in front of people as your mind flits from one thing to another.
Best to cover a few basic angles of Pike fishing so everyone can find something of interest in the talk.
Example: Lures/dead baiting/float fishing/rigs/venues/fish care etc.......
And with your wit and humour it will all come together.

Just remember don't look at everyone in the crowd or you'll think OMFG!
Pick a few faces out and talk to them.
Try and slow down your speed of speech and take plenty of pauses and breaths.
And a few jokes always lighten things up.

I've every confidence in you mate, you'll do well !
