Well from next year landlocked brown trout will no longer be out of season and can be fished for all year round, im not sure how i feel about this one as i have always had a close season on the lochs i fished in scotland and i always felt it gave not only the fish a chance of a break but also the loch itself and its surroundings, now i guess we can tramp round the lochs all year round and yet anot...
