Re: The nice lure thread
Nice looking lures Craig I'm quite into my natural patterns,so the 3rd one fits in to the Dace/roach sector of the river.
You'll need PhotoBucket for this: https://ukfishingforums.darkbb.com/t2574-how-to-get-photo-s-on-the-forum?highlight=photo+s

Craig
Love the jerkbaits - top two
What action do they have ??
Wouldnt mind one of them in orange if they glide well

Re: The nice lure thread
They'll be available early next year. Glides well, a little like a manta, tight turn at the end, but unlike the manta it has a slight wobble. Can be made to 180 if you want but I find a steady tap is all you need.
Re: The nice lure thread
Cheers
I will keep an eye out then - i would love a couple - one in a natural colour and the other in bright orange.

do you know how many times ive tried buying a fecking snows
not one ive bid on yet has gone for less than 40 quid
id sooner have more trueglides now.
oi craig (and all of you mythering him) dont just plug the glides here is a chance to educate them all into buying some pull baits

Re: The nice lure thread
no fish on them yet but id only managed two sessions with lures on water suitable
great action though differing from all the others i have, the best bit though it was fantastic to have some that dont rise like corks with a nice wobbly roll on the rise
potentially a big winner come spring on the glacials over weed

Re: The nice lure thread
Its based on a lot of things. I liked the tremor and also the hog so decided to try and combine the two. It took some doing and what you can see above is the result. Its not round like the zalt though, and I think that increases hook ups.
Re: The nice lure thread
I,m banning myself from this topic, otherwise it could hurt my pocket,
Although ive never been in to lures, i could soon get addicted..
Great work guys....

Re: The nice lure thread

Sorry to ask but i am still a newbie when it comes to lures;
I think i can define a glide bait - presume this is a classic side to side 'glide' jerkbait action.
But what is a pull bait then and what action does it have?
Cheers
