fluro leaders.....

any1 else tried using 200lb flurocarbon jerbait traces yet?? there all over the USA market with nearly all companys turning to heavy mono!! iv made a few traces up and to tell the truth cant tell the difference....... apart from the stealth approach, as there almost clear.... but deffo worth a try

yeh we use 175lb lunker pro ti-wire from jackson lures cant beat it for all lure work! the fox jerkbait traces are good value 4 cash though

The only problem with the fox traces is there metalware is just too heavy duty for my liking, I get all my traces made by Chico Winterton, both 49strand and titanium, there spot on, I am still on the same one I put on in November Wink

lucky sod..... i loose soooooo many traces our waters are really snaggy sunken trees etc. hench the "wild wild southwest" ha ha

yeh ya kinda go through good and bad patches in lure angling!! some times im greatfull of 80lb braid!! just pull the tree down!! wink wink actually pulled a small boat across the quay at crimbo wen i hooked the anchor rope ha ha LMAO

I struggled to find a small boat hooked by the anchor,google has its limits Twisted Evil

Why move to something that may actually fail on you? Fluorocarbon isn't foolproof and there's no evidence that using it will improve your catch rate. If I was you, I'd stick to the tried and tested wire trace.
