Got out after work today

It was nice and cloudy all day. Really wish i did not have to work today. I got out at 6 and it was cloudy and raining. No way I was missing fishing today. I got to the pond around 6 30. Started throwing the 9inch 2x slammer right away. Not a hit for a while. So I switched to the mini slammer. Just had a feeling that was not going to work so I switch back over to the 2x after like a cast. 1st cast with the 9inch 2x.
Start going down the shore some more....
It gets wrecked.
Then it was getting dark and cold and I was not getting any more hits so I called it a day.
Had no scale with my today. I really need to get those batteries.
