a guide on te ebro keep catching the lithuanians and the polish taking cats carp and zander out of there he once saved a 150plus cat tied to a tree with cable wire
these things have to stop before they reck the beautifull waters of britain

The poster would be a good idea mate,i know they put them on fisheries up and down the country.I really do think though that its only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt though.Imagine being sat there on the bank,and you see some foriegn looking person(and yes they do look different,lol)bagging fish up!I dont think many of would bite our lips would we.It just annoys me that every week we see more and more about the problem, and there only seems to be a handful of prosecutions that ever take place.

i,ve all ready had two set to,s with the polish anglers and i,m getting closer to to using action instead of a stearn word now

I have come to realise that unless an individual angler steps forward to create a united group against such things that it will carry on until stocks across the uk and quite possibly across europe are unforunately deminished,so who has what it takes to become a leader of many into the battle of protecting our sport and our quarry?

yes thats a true but who would step up to the plate
if an angler took matters in to his own hands behind closed door he would be applauded by many for his actions but publically he would be chasstised

if i knew i would get the backing of absolutely every angler in the country i would take it on but i would fore go the niceties of petitions and polite letters and i think most would not agree with my direct no nonsense approach

Unfortunately kev that seems to have been the problem with all the other saviours who were coming to save our sport, i think they are still all arguing over what to call this new super body of collective angling associations

And the first time one of these guys gets a good kicking from some upset anglers we will be demonised, i wish i knew the answer. scratch

Its a shame we anglers dont have the power to stop and ask to see other peoples rod licences,I know this is perhaps far fetched and highly un-enforceable,but least that way people could get prosecuted and fined for poaching as such.

Personally its something i wouldnt do, i feel that those jobs are down to bailifs and wardens however few there are, its a bit like someone saying oi mate you cant park here your ticket ran out 10 mins ago i think you should move on now, id be like yeah whatever mate. It would cause more problems than it would solve i feel there would always be one t**t on every water who thought he was a super bailif and would end up getting a crack.

yeah we have one on our waters only trouble is he,s on the side of the polish and is out to make an example of a predator angler and get one procecuted for using live baits the secratary of the club has all ready changed the wording of the rules over this matter
