When carp are on the feed they munch some lakes if they see big beds of bait they will run a mile BUT I have put in £100 worth of bait over 3 days before when they have been on the feed and you just could not put enough in i went home after 3 days as i thought i had enough bait for 5 but by 3 it was all gone. I did the same a few weeks back took 5 k used the lot had 200lb of carp dont panic i have loads of bait with me. But i dont think its one of those waters PVA bags and method mix will do the job

Yeah I know Gaz we will give our best shot, its full of silvers and 100lb bags are caught all the time, but it would be nice to put a few 10lb carp in the net to get the ball rolling, the standard carp is between 9-14lb with over 200 doubles and 100 fish over 20lb Twisted Evil

well russ i think as for loose feed you will not go far wrong with these pigeon conditioner , hemp, vitalin ,and haiths red band .
also if you want to get a cloud into the water add thing like finely crushed tigers if aloud and crushed hemp also try adding growler juice by solar or condensed milk very good and during the prepping stage add salt really does bring out the best in particles .
but don,t be to keen to fill the waters in with particles this is a big mistake alot do , try and assess how the water is fishing and only if the fish are having it big time will you want to get it in

if you are going to use particles on the hook again these are probably the top three what i and most carp anglers have had best results on maize , tiger nuts and maples but there are many many more to try chick peas are good and will take on colour during prepping so why not give em a try as well .
