it wont be open to the public or day tickets it will be a private pond i still need to do more talking with the owner still might not go through

even if it is a private pond mate anyone fishing it will still be classed as a member of the public and anyone who poaches it and has an accident can still sue you my mate runs a fishery i can give dan his number if you need to ask him any questions if it will help you at any stage just ask.

sounds all very daunting, but if it can't be achieved then there will be no fisheries at all.
