i spoke to a guy from the ea then i was on the bank at the weekend and he said a few hav been lost so if u hav been waiting over 2 week give them a ring and see whats happening.

I got mine online, Never had a renewal form as it would have gone to my old house, so filled all my details in, and got it in about 5 days king
