We need more people like Jackie Ballard, standing up to fight to end angling. Her personal views coupled with the RSPCA position of ending cruelty to animals and confirming that angling is cruel show there will be very strong activity from them soon.

We believe her new position at the RSPCA will ensure they are soon at the forefront in the publicity campaign to hasten the ban on angling.

This is from their "latest news" stories............................. trouble is Jackie Ballard took up her "new" position with the RSPCA in 2002 and lost her seat as an mp due to trying to ban fox hunting her local voters kicked her out of her seat since and 2007 she has been working with the RNID so i dont think this site is exactly current bit worrying though.

i should send them an email saying i have given up fishing and now use my tackle to catch rats..... that would go down well
